XtraChêne’s Terroir XtraKits are 100% Fire Toasted oak chains, made up of 12 segments that renew the enological potential of neutral barrels (80% new barrel equivalent). The segments are connected with stainless steel loops and each Xtrakit chain is supplied with a silicone bung, for easy installation and removal.

“Terroir” toasted French oak XtraKits reinforce the structure of the wine, and fill the mid-palate with silky tannins. The length on the palate is increased and the finish is persistent. To the nose, the wine will boast remarkable freshness and the contribution is very elegant, with a comprehensive range of aromas.

Dosage: 1 Xtrakit per barrel.Recommended contact time: minimum of 4-6 months (We also recommend tasting regularly).Useful life: 12 months.
